Warm Roofs
Due to the requirements to insulate properties to a higher standard a Warm roof is usually
necessary to meet current regulations
The main difference between a traditional cold roof and a Warm roof is that the insulation is
generally on top the joists rather than in between.
A vapour control layer prevents condensation occurring and one of the major benefits of
this is than there is no requirement for additional ventilation.

worth the investment and a major difference will be noticed. Not only will it keep warmer in the winter , it will
