received when I had my flat roof done. I had a bad experience with some sash windows so
was very nervous about another major job but was immediately put at ease by Mike's
professionalism. Not only was it a great quote, but the different options were explained to
me clearly (I am no tradesman!). He even rang up my retired builder dad to go through

expected and needed less wood replacing, he told me and took the money off the quote
which I thought was really honest - as it was three storeys high and was about to be
covered I would never have known. The scaffolding turned out to be far more complex than
at first thought due to my neighbour but there was no extra cost to me from the quote
